About the Client:
Project Description:
This project aims to develop a comprehensive training program for Aetna employees to enhance their knowledge and skills in navigating Medicare with members. The training focused on providing employees with a deep understanding of Medicare plans, eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and the ability to effectively guide clients in selecting the most suitable Medicare coverage options. The training program needed to be informative, engaging, and tailored to meet the specific needs of Aetna members.
Project Goals:
Develop Consultative Skills: Equip employees with effective communication and consultation techniques to engage with clients, understand their unique healthcare needs, and guide them towards appropriate Medicare plans.
Explain Plan Options and Benefits: Educate employees on the various Medicare plan options available, their benefits, and coverage details, enabling them to assist clients in making informed decisions based on individual requirements.
The Solution:
To address the goal of equipping Aetna employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate Medicare with members, we propose developing an innovative training solution in the form of an interactive game-based course called "Mind Your Members”. This course simulates real-life scenarios, allowing employees will take employees on a virtual journey through a game board that represents different stages of the Medicare enrollment process. The course involves rolling dice, moving game pieces, and encountering various challenges and scenarios that employees must navigate successfully.
